Construction methods have evolved dramatically, and our team of home inspectors includes experts in every type of residential structure. We take the time to match you with the appropriate licensed expert, who will perform all the required inspections so you can make an informed decision. 

Whenever an inspector is assigned a new project, they're not just checking off boxes. Each residence is a home, and we make sure to provide a thorough evaluation so that any issues can be addressed in a timely way.

During an inspection, we'll examine: the roof, the attic and insulation, the basement and foundation, the electrical wiring, the sockets and panels, the windows and doors, the walls ceilings and floors, the interior plumbing, and the HVAC and heating/cooling systems. We also look for any issues that might result from renovations or outdated materials, which are more likely in the kitchen and bathroom. 

Star and Arrow will also facilitate additional services needed for the evaluation of properties for purchase or rent. These include things like radon testing,  pest control, and diagnostic testing for mold issues and remediation related to structural moisture. Asbestos testing and lead sampling can be important, especially for older properties. It's a good idea to get the septic system inspected to make sure things are running smoothly.
